Contact a Concierge Nurse in Scottsdale
When you contact a concierge nurse in Scottsdale, you are not filling out a generic intake queue and waiting for a callback from whoever is next on the list. You reach Bianca Fabbo, RN, the registered nurse who founded Prata Health and leads every client's care. Tell us what you are facing, a parent who needs more support at home, a new diagnosis you are trying to make sense of, a surgery recovery, or hospice care you want handled with dignity, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. The fastest way to reach us is by phone at 480-404-4737. If you prefer to write, email [email protected] or use the form below to request a nursing consultation. There is no obligation and no pressure. Most families simply want to talk to a nurse first.

Who answers when I contact Prata Health?
You reach Bianca Fabbo, RN, the registered nurse who founded Prata Health, or a member of her clinical team. Your first conversation is with a nurse, not a call center or a sales rep. That is the point of a concierge model: the person you talk to is the person responsible for your care.
How quickly will I hear back?
We respond the same business day, often within a few hours. If your situation is urgent, call 480-404-4737 directly rather than using the form, and you will reach a nurse faster.
Does the consultation cost anything?
The initial consultation is a conversation to understand your needs and explain how we work. We do not publish set pricing because every care plan is built around the individual, the level of nursing required, and the hours of support. We will discuss cost openly on the consultation so you can make an informed decision before committing to anything.
What level of care can you provide at home?
Our registered nurses provide skilled nursing care in the home, including medication management, wound care, IV antibiotic therapy, chronic condition management, post-surgical recovery support, and end-of-life care, alongside health navigation and aging-in-place support. We coordinate with your physicians so care at home stays connected to your full medical team. Care that requires a hospital or a specialized facility is outside what we deliver, and we will tell you plainly when that is the case.
Is there a minimum or maximum commitment?
There is no obligation to move forward after the consultation. If you do engage us, the schedule and scope are built around your needs and reviewed as they change. We will spell out the terms clearly during the consultation so there are no surprises.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Nothing formal is required. It helps to know who needs care, a general sense of the medical situation or diagnosis, and what you are hoping support at home will look like. If you do not have all the details yet, that is fine. Helping families make sense of the medical picture is part of what we do.
